Our Pricing
Service call
$155 flat rate
(GST and card fee included)
If a common part is replaced on the same day, we will charge extra $30 for every 10 minutes after the first 30 minutes. (on top of the service call fee)
Our technician will visit your location to diagnose the issue and complete repairs on-site if possible. Please note that we only carry a small selection of commonly stocked parts. If a replacement part is necessary, a quote will typically be supplied within 72 hours. The service call fee is due at the time of the appointment.

We sell genuine spare parts for a wide range of appliances. Please contact us to check availability and pricing.
We offer spare parts on request, perfect for customers needing to replace filters or conduct simple DIY repairs. Request a quote for items like dryer filters, washing machine door seals, dishwasher spray arms, oven door hinges, or oven glass doors. We can provide pricing for most major brands and models to suit your needs.
